Did you buy a license to access PROYECTOS or Alba y Gael in The Spanish Hub?

Here you will find the answers to the questions users frequently ask.

 

How can I activate the license code I bought?
If you don’t have a BlinkLearning account:

In order to activate your license code, you need to have a user account at BlinkLearning.com. So if you don’t have one:

  1. Click on the ‘Create account’ button at their home page.
  2. Fill in your details and the license code on the account creation form.

Once you complete the process, your account will be created and your contents will be added to your library.

That’s it!

If you already have a BlinkLearning account:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on the ‘Add books’ icon in the sidebar on the right
  3. Fill in the code and click on the ‘OK’ button.

That’s it.

Can I share my license code with someone else?
No, codes can only be activated once by one user. They are not transferable.
I lost my license code. What can I do?
If you already activated it, you don’t need it anymore. 

If you didn’t activate it, you can email us from the email account you used to purchase it, and we will send you your license code.
